Special Notes:

1L Day Classes - The extra time built into the schedule can be used for make-up classes if necessary.


Aviation Law (Clark, R.W.) will be held on the following four weekends: September 11 and 12; September 25 and 26; October 9 and 10; November 13 and 14. Each class session will begin at 10 AM and run approximately three hours. There will be no final examination. Grades will be on writing (which necessarily includes issue spotting), oral argument and class participation.

Pretrial Advocacy (Finkelstein) - Pretrial Advocacy is a 4 credit course. Class will generally meet Mondays and Wednesdays for student skill session performances and faculty demonstrations. There will be some weeks where, in lieu of meeting live on Monday, students will watch an asynchronous video updated to Canvas. In other weeks the class will meet live both scheduled days of the week. You must be available both Mondays and Wednesdays from 6-8pm to enroll in this class.

Securities Regulation (Russell) - Securities Regulation meets synchronously in-person for 150 minutes per week, in addition to asynchronous coursework.


Thurgood Marshall – the course is listed pending additional details about the competition.


Virtual Courtroom Advocacy (Lore) – Will meet on Saturday, Sept. 25th and Saturday, Oct. 9th from 9:00-4:00; 1 Credit (Pass/Fail)

2-3L Make up session: Wednesday and Friday, 1:05-2:20
