SPECIAL NOTES


Advanced Evidence (Lore) – Intensive course – will meet Friday, February 1, Saturday, February 2 and Sunday, February 3 from 9:00-1:00; Friday, February 8, Saturday, February 9 from 9:00-1:00; and Sunday, February 10 from 9:00-3:00. Friday, February 15th will be a make-up class if needed for inclement weather.


Business Torts Lab does not meet every week, though students need to be available every week.


Children’s Justice Clinic will run for 10 weeks.


Criminal Practice – It is strongly recommended that students take Trial Advocacy before or in conjunction with this course.


Cuba Legal Field Study – will meet on the following Saturdays: January 12, 19, 26; February 2, 9, 16, 23; March 2, 9, 30; April 6, 13, 20, 2019. Students taking this course must travel to Cuba during the 2019 Spring Break.


Expungement Law Project – This is a cross-listed course and will meet an extra 10 minutes per class.


Legal & Moral Responsibility (Oberdiek/Husak) will meet in New Brunswick.
