Biography

Andrew Bondarowicz, Esq. is the Founder and CEO of Fanteractive.com, a new fan engagement ecosystem that blends elements of Bleacher Report, Facebook, and Yelp into a comprehensive site where fans control the dialogue. As a licensed attorney he also is the principal of Bondarowicz & Associates, a Newark-based law firm, and teaches Sports Law at Rutgers Law School in Newark and the Rutgers Master’s in  Global Sports Business program in New Brunswick.

Andrew served as an agent for professional athletes and entertainers since 2003. As a National Football League Players Association (NFLPA) certified Contract Advisor, Andrew has personally represented almost 75 players in contract negotiations at all levels of professional football. He moved on to serve as an executive and strategic counsel to a number of professional sports organizations on a variety of matters including governance, operations, trademarks, social media and marketing. Andrew serves as an advisor to a variety of sports organizations at all levels of sports and continues to maintain a sports and entertainment practice within his law firm. Outside of sports and entertainment law, Andrew provides strategic counsel and consulting services to wide range of clients including start-up ventures, Fortune 500 corporations, and non-profit entities.

 Andrew holds B.A., M.S., and J.D. degrees from Rutgers University and is licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is a former Chair of the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law (EASL) section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and is the New Jersey Outreach Chair for the Sports Lawyers Association.
