Victoria Shilton served as an assistant prosecutor at the Camden County Prosecutor’s office for 25-years until her retirement in 2019. She was the Section-Chief of the Major Crimes Unit which was responsible for prosecution of first and second-degree felony crimes including kidnapping, sexual assault, bank robberies, non-fatal police involved shootings, human trafficking, attempted murder, witness tampering and large-scale fraud cases.  Victoria served as the primary legal adviser to Camden County’s thirty-seven law enforcement agencies.

Victoria was also the Camden County Sex Crimes Liaison and the Camden County Bias Liaison.  She has been awarded the Camden County Detective’s Association Prosecutor’s Award and the Prosecutor’s Service Award.

She has been a lecturer with both the Camden County Prosecutor’s office and the NJ Attorney General’s Institute of Advocacy along with being an instructor with the NJ Police Training Commission and the Camden County Fire Academy.

Victoria is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and earned her law degree from Temple University.
