Bill McLaughlin is a visiting clinical assistant professor who serves as managing attorney of the reentry program at Rutgers Law School in Camden.  He previously supervised the law school's Federal Prisoner Reentry Project and co-directed the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project.  In addition to his work at Rutgers, he has a private practice in Philadelphia.

Biography
