A practical and comprehensive overview of the business and legal issues arising in the entertainment industry, including motion pictures, television, music, publishing and multi-media. Topics include structure of the entertainment industry, contract issues, grant of rights, credit, artistic control, and social regulation.


Surveys the various areas of the law that impact the entertainment industry, such as contracts, labor, copyright, trademark, right of privacy/publicity, and censorship law.
