Estates in land, their evolution and characteristics; concurrent ownership; adverse possession; landlord and tenant, the creation and nature of the relationship, rights, and liabilities; private methods of allocating and developing land resources; the nonpossessory interests; easements, covenants, and conditions; waste; support; nuisance.
