Amy Bitterman teaches LAWRS and other courses. She previously taught at Rutgers Law School in Camden, and practiced law in New Jersey and New York. She is also a published author of fiction and non-fiction. Professor Bitterman graduated with honors from Harvard Law School.

Biography

Ms. Bitterman earned her B.A. magna cum laude in history of art from Bryn Mawr and was the winner of the Dorothy Headley award. She received her J.D., with honors, from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Rutgers–Newark, she taught at Rutgers School of Law–Camden and practiced law in New Jersey and New York for 13 years. She has published both fiction and non-fiction in a variety of venues.
