Biography

Judith Simms is a Reference and Digital Systems Librarian at Rutgers Law School.  Prior to becoming a librarian, she practiced immigration law in New York City.  She is a graduate of Queens College, Rutgers University, and Fordham University School of Law.  Her research interests are in the areas of the business of law, legal research, legal history and archives.
