At the time of his retirement, Judge Morley was the presiding judge of the criminal part of the New Jersey Superior Court in Burlington County. Before his appointment to the bench, he was an assistant Burlington County prosecutor, a deputy attorney general in the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, and the executive director of the New Jersey Commission of Investigation . He received an A.B. in political science from Fordham College and a J.D. with honors from Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He is a member of the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IIIB Ethics Committee and has been appointed by the Supreme Court as a special ethics master.
