Richard Garabedian is a partner in Luse Gorman Pomerenk & Schick, P.C., located in Washington, D.C. Mr. Garabedian has represented banks, savings institutions, credit unions and holding companies for more than 25 years on a nationwide basis. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory and enforcement matters, new bank formations, capital raising, government assisted transactions and charter conversions.
Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Garabedian was an attorney with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Home Loan Bank Board. He is licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States Supreme Court. He is a graduate of Temple University and the Rutgers School of Law – Camden.
