The Federalist Society is sponsoring a debate on affirmative action. Professor Elise Boddie of Rutgers Law School and Roger Pilon, the  founding director of Cato’s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies, will debate at 12:15 p.m. in the Baker Court Room. The topic is:  Affirmative Action, Is it Constitutional and Effective?
