New Jersey's comprehensive criminal justice reform is now in effect. This program will address questions such as: How is bail reform actually working? How long will clients be held before you can engineer a bail hearing? What can you to do expedite it? How do you escape detention for your client and achieve release?
Panelists include Superior Court Judge Regina Caulfield, Attorney Brian J. Neary,  from the Law Offices of Brian J. Neary, New Jersey Criminal Defense Attorneys; Christopher F. Schellhorn Jr., and an assistant prosecutor in the Morris County Prosecutor's Office in the Major Crimes Unit/Arson-Environmental Unit..

NJ CLE Information: This program has been approved by the Board on Continuing Legal Education of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 2.5 hours of total CLE credit.
