Rutgers Law School, along with other university partners, is co-sponsoring a daylong event titled: Hurricane Maria: A year and Day, Lessons, Reflections and Community Engagement.

The event takes place on Friday, September 21 from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Paul Robeson Campus Center at Rutgers University-Newark at 350 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard in Newark.

The event is free to attend. A reception will follow the daytime events. The program's co-sponsors include: The Office of the Chancellor, he Latin@ Studies Working Group, Rutgers Law School American Studies Program, and the Department of Spanish & Portuguese.
