Rutgers students, staff and faculty are invited to a discussion with Jason Hernandez, immigrant rights attorney, with the Rutgers Immigrant Community Assistance Project, about:

  • How the revocation of DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) will affect current DACA holders.
  • What will happen to DACA on March 5, 2018.
  • Legislation, which, if passed, could protect DACA holders and other immigrants.
  • Assistance and support available to to Rutgers students who have DACA or who are undocumented.

There will be one session from 12:15 p.m. to 1 p.m. in Room 70 in the Center for Law and Justice at 123 Washington Street.

A second session will be held from 5:15 to 6 p.m. in Room 125 in the Center for Law and Justice.

The event is sponsored by the Rutgers Immigrant Community Assistance Project, the Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic, and the Rutgers Immigrant Rights Clinic.
