Rutgers Law School in Newark is hosting a discussion about Volunteer Lawyers for Justice.

The presentation will take place on Thursday, September 7, 2017 at the law school in Newark.

The presentation will include an overview of their work,   as well as pro bono opportunities available to students. Among the topics that they will discuss including cultural competency issues of working with low-income clients,  clients confidentiality, and professionalism. Among the opportunities available for students, are positions in the non-profits' drivers’ license, divorce, and expungement projects.
