The Rutgers-Newark Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild is proud to present the 6th Annual Arthur Kinoy Awards on January 18th, 2018 from 7:00-9:00 PM. The Kinoy Awards were established to honor lawyers who have carried on Arthur Kinoy's legacy through their work in people's lawyering. 

This year, we are honoring Rutgers Professor Jeena Shah, Director of Rutgers Law School's International Human Rights Clinic, and Rutgers alum and University of Maryland Professor Douglas Colbert '72, for their contributions to social justice and public interest advocacy. 

The event will include the presentation of the awards and a reception with jazz music, hors d'oeuvres, and an open bar.
