The Association of Latin American Law Students is hosting its annual gala: Fiesta con Sabor, on March 8 starting at 6:30 p.m. in the lower atrium in the Center for Law and Justice at 123 Washington St., in Newark.

This year's honorees include: Honorable Chief Judge Jose L. Linares, Lillian Plata, Guillermo Artiles, and Luis Diaz for their commitment to supporting Hispanic law students and the greater Hispanic community.

Tickets are $15 for students and $40 for community members and attorneys. They can be purchased through this link.

Money raised from the event will be used for scholarships.
