The survivor art exhibit “What I Was Wearing” will be on display. First created at the University of Kentucky and inspired by the Mary Simmerling poem of the same name, the exhibit powerfully answers the question heard all too often by victims of sexual assault: “What were you wearing?” and reminds viewers that sexual violence has nothing to do with how we dress.
