Allan R. Stein teaches civil procedure, federal courts and litigation is the author of major civil procedure articles in the Texas, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale law reviews and is a co-author of a Civil Procedure casebook. An honors graduate of Haverford College and of New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, he was Reporter to the American College of Trial Lawyers Project on Mass Torts.
