Biography
Professor Stein is the author of major civil procedure articles in the Texas, University of Pennsylvania, and Yale law reviews and is a co-author of a Civil Procedure casebook. An honors graduate of Haverford College and of New York University School of Law, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif, he was Reporter to the American College of Trial Lawyers Project on Mass Torts. Professor Stein teaches Civil Procedure, Federal Courts, and Professional Responsibility.
