Tara is a senior corporate lawyer with a broad range of experience in the private representation of corporate, institutional and individual clients on domestic and multi-jurisdictional matters ranging from complex mergers and acquisitions, development and execution of complicated plans of strategic corporate reorganizations to strategic alliances and joint ventures (with a particular focus on international joint venture formation and management) and matters pertaining to general corporate governance.
