This advanced clinic course is only open to third year students who have completed Child and Family Advocacy Clinic and by invitation of the professor. Students in this course continue their representation of child-clients in child protection, special education or public benefits/SSI cases. The focus of the course is continuing to develop lawyering skills as the case develops and the goals of representation transition with new legal issues.
