601:769. APPELLATE ADVOCACY: JESSUP INTERNATIONAL MOOT

COURT II

1 non-course credit in both Fall and Spring semesters. This is a full year course.


Prerequisites: Successful completion of International Moot Court I course and invitation of professor.

Limited Enrollment and by permission of instructor.

Exclusion: Students who enroll in this course may not also enroll in Hunter Moot Court which also holds arguments in the Spring.


This course would continue student work in the field of International Law, this time focusing on the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. The memorial for this competition would receive intensive writing credits based on the feedback, and based on the amount and level of work involved.  Students who enroll in this course commit to the full year. The course will meet once per week during both the spring and fall semesters.


Students will compete in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition during the Spring semester.
