Hot Topics in Employment Law blends substantive teaching with experiential learning to expose students to current issues in the employment sector. In this course, students will gain a deeper understanding of a few of the topics presented in Employment Law and Employment Discrimination courses, although neither of those courses is a required prerequisite. We will approach the issues below from all angles, considering strategies and outcomes through the lens of an employee, an employer, and as legal counsel.
