Ms. Crawford, who is also an assistant professor, received a B.A. from Rutgers College in 1989 and her M.L.I.S. from Rutgers School of Communication, Information and Library Studies in 2004.

Marjorie E. Crawford is the head of technical and automated services and is also an assistant professor. She earned her master’s degree in library and information science and her bachelor’s degrees, both from Rutgers University.
