Biography

Neil Wise has been an Adjunct Professor (Environmental Law) since 1995 and a Career Counselor since 2005, after a 31 year career as an Environmental Engineer, Attorney, and manager at the U. S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) where he was the Director of the

Office of Remediation Enforcement. He is the 2009 recipient of the Judge Joseph J. Nardi Award for service to the community and the Law School.



Neil is on the Board of Directors for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Camden & Gloucester Counties, on the State Board for Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Jersey, and is a founding member and Past President of the Delaware Valley Environmental Inn of Court. He serves on the Institutionnal Review Board of the Hospital at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a 1967 graduate of the U.S. Coast Guard Academy and an Honors graduate of Rutgers School of Law.
