Prior to joining Rutgers Law School, Dean Little served as Associate Director and Director of JD Admissions at Seton Hall University School of Law, where he worked for three years. Dean Little has been a proponent of diversifying the legal field, creating access to the law for students from marginalized backgrounds. Dean Little has presented at the Mid-Atlantic Black Law Student Association. Dean Little was also co-founder of the HBCU Pre-Law Tour taking place in 2021.

Dean Little earned a B.A. from Saint Francis University of Pennsylvania, and a J.D. from Penn State Law.
