The 34th Annual Chief Justice Joseph Weintraub Lecture will be given by the Hons. Esther Salas, U.S.D.J. and Stuart Minkowitz, A.J.S.C.

This year’s lecture, entitled “State and Federal Alternatives to Incarceration: Same Challenges - Different Strategies,” will focus among other things on the innovative diversionary drug court programs employed in our local state and federal courts.

It will take place on Wednesday, October 4 in the Baker Trial Courtroom at Rutgers Law School in Newark.
