The Essex Vicinage Advisory Committee on Minority Concerns and Garden State Bar Association are pleased to present, "Black Voices of Justice Panel" on Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Rutgers Law School in Newark.

A panel of distinguished judges and attorneys will explore and discuss racial impact legislation in Room 10 at the Center for Law and Justice at 123 Washington St. in Newark.

Invited panelists will include Honorable Harold Fullilove, Retired Superior Court Judge; Andrea McChristian, NJ Center for Law and Social Justice; Wanda Moore, NJ Attorney General Department of Law and Public Safety and other distinguished guests.
