The Rutgers Center for Corporate Law and Governance and the Rutgers Institute for Professional Education are hosting a panel presentation titled "Governance of Privately-Held Corporations and Limited Liability Companies" on Tuesday, September 12 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Rutgers Law School in Newark. The presentation will also be available via videoconference in Camden. 

The panelists include: Catherine G. Dearlove, Director at Richards, Layton & Finger, P.A.;  Mark A. Decker, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at the Connell Company; Andrew L. Rossner, Associate Dean for Professional and Skills Education and Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School; and Denise Walsh, member of Saiber LLC.

The moderator will be Jeffrey M. Shapiro, a partner with Lowenstein Sandler LLP.

A reception will follow in the Baker Courtroom on the first floor.
