The fourth annual Senator Ron Rice Lecture will be held on Tuesday, October 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Baker Trial Courtroom in the Center for Law and Justice at 123 Washington St. in Newark.

The keynote speaker is Philip K. Eure, the Inspector General for the New York City Police Department.

Eure will be talking about "Police Reform: The Essential Role of Independent Review."

Following the lecture will be a reception in the lower level atrium.
