Before you complete the EVENT REQUEST Form please contact the Student Affairs Office, lawstudentaffairs@camlaw.rutgers.edu and careerplanning@camlaw.rutgers.edu about approval for your Event. If you are having a general meeting it is not necessary to contact Student Affairs, prior to your meeting, but for an Event approval is needed before scheduling.

*Monday-Friday: Rutgers Parking Fee is $2 per vehicle; the Camden County Parking Deck is also available for approximately $5 per vehicle depending on the time of the event.

*Friday evening -Sunday evening, event related parking on campus is free.

Security:
The Rutgers University Police will determine the amount of security needed. RUPD has final jurisdiction over the extent and type of police coverage required. If RUPD determines a need for police coverage, it will be provided at your cost.

Once the event is approved, submit an announcement to the law school community.  Describe your event with the goal of attracting an audience. Include specifics where possible, such as the names of featured or honored guest(s); topics to be discussed; fundraising goals; or websites.
