The Transnational Legal Initiative, in partnership with the Rutgers Center for Gender, Sexuality, Law and Policy is hosting a lunchtime lecture at 12:15 p.m. in Room 20 of the Center for Law and Justice at 123 Washington St. in Newark.

The title of the talk is: Human Rights Law and Anti-Discrimination, the Enigma of Effectiveness. The guest speaker is Rosa Celorio, Associate Dean for International and Comparative Legal Studies & Burnett Family Professorial Lectuer in International Comparative Law and Policy from George Washington Law School.
