Biography

Nancy McCrea Iannone graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, Camden in 1994 with High Honors and Tax Honors with Distinction. She also served as the Lead Notes and Case Notes Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.

Nancy clerked for The Honorable Francine Axelrad, J.T.C. (subsequently J.A.D.), and has worked in private practice at Hoffman, DiMuzio, and Hoffman as well as Flaster Greenberg. Nancy taught Legal Research and Writing and Moot Court full-time for several years from 1996-1999, has tutored law students and bar candidates for the law school, and served as the executive director of the charity Down Syndrome Pregnancy (transferred to the University of Kentucky). Nancy teaches Critical Legal Analysis in the fall and Fundamentals of Legal Analysis in the spring.

Nancy works as a Community Outreach Specialist for the Down Syndrome Pregnancy Program at the University of Kentucky's Human Development Institute. Her books are available at DownSyndromePregnancy.org:
