Rebecca Kunkel is the reference and metadata librarian, providing reference and research services to students, faculty, and the general public. She assists in developing and expanding the library’s collection of free online legal services. She clerked for Judge James Baker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces and worked for five years as an assistant public defender.

Ms. Kunkel provides reference and research services to students, faculty, and the general public and assists in developing and expanding the library’s collection of free online legal resources. After receiving her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, she clerked for Judge James Baker of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washington, DC, and then worked for five years as an Assistant Public Defender in Maryland. At Rutgers School of Information and Communication, from which she received her M.L.I.S., she specialized in digital libraries.
