Biography

Judge West started his legal career as a law clerk for the Hon. Freda L. Wolfson, before serving as an associate attorney and then member with Lum, Drasco and Positan, LLC, concentrating his practice in labor and employment law.  He has authored two law review articles and served as Managing Editor of the treatise New Jersey Labor and Employment Law (New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, 2d Ed. 2005).  He is a graduate of Rutgers College (1990) and Rutgers Law School (1993), where he was inducted into the Order of the Coif.  He has been an adjunct professor at the law school since 2006.
