Biography

Professor Mukesh Patel is a serial entrepreneur with experience in private equity, angel investments, business law, and education. As an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University Business School, he has designed and teaches a groundbreaking, an experiential and interdisciplinary course titled “ICE” (Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship) for the Executive MBA program. This unique course delivers interdisciplinary perspectives on breakthrough ideas, innovation concepts, and the phenomena of creativity. It is a visual experience of entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial insights through engaging case studies. Through design-thinking, we explore and analyze entrepreneurial mindsets, game-changers, technology trends, social networks, disruption, innovation for corporate enterprises, and "future-casting."

Prof. Patel currently serves as the Director of Development and Adjunct Professor for the new Entrepreneurship Law Clinic at Rutgers Law School, providing valuable legal resources to the business community through a collaborative platform. He has been featured in national media, and Entrepreneur.com recently named him one of “The Hot 30 Movers and Shakers of New York City’s Startup Scene.” Mukesh is the founder and CEO of JuiceTank, NJ’s largest coworking space and incubator for tech-startups and VX, an innovative venture xcelerator with an experienced team and powered by strategic partnerships attracting national and international interest.
