Professor Liivak received his B.A., M.L.S., and J.D. from Rutgers. He was Director of the law schools library from 1969-1992. Professor Liivak was a delegate representing Estonia at the General Assembly of the United Nations. He teaches International Business Transactions, International Organizations, and Human Rights.
