Biography
Cesarina has been practicing immigration law for over 10 years. She obtained her JD in her native Dominican Republic from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre & Maestra and an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School. At Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic, she provides legal representation to immigrant youth.
