Biography
Cesarina has been practicing immigration law for over 10 years. She obtained her JD in her native Dominican Republic and a LLM in International and Comparative Law from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School. At Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic, she represents noncitizen youth in immigration matters providing zealous legal support to vulnerable populations.
