A large group of students gather at a welcome event for new Rutgers Law students in Fall 2023.

Admitted Student Events

Congratulations once again on your admission to Rutgers Law School! We look forward to welcoming you into the Fall 2025 Entering Class. In an effort to aid your decision-making process, we will be hosting in-person Admitted Student Days on our Camden and Newark locations, additional in-person events on the Camden campus, and virtual programs throughout the spring. Designed specifically for admitted students, these events will give you the opportunity to explore the Law School and location as well as engage with our students, staff, faculty, administrators, and alumni. Join us to discover more about the culture, community, and opportunities that await you as a future Rutgers Law student!

Guests are not permitted to attend the in-person admitted student events. We are happy to accommodate an individual visit for you and your loved ones at another date and time for a tour of the Law School and conversation with a member of our Admissions team. Both locations are accessible via mass transportation. Free parking is available directly in front of the Law School on each campus with advanced registration.

Thinking about a career in public interest or public service? If so, we want to ensure you understand the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program and how it can help you achieve your professional goals while balancing debt you may have accrued while earning your J.D. PSLF enables employees working for qualified public service employers to achieve forgiveness of their federal Direct Student Loans after 120 monthly payments on a qualified repayment plan. During this online session, an Accredited Financial Counselor® from AccessLex Institute® will review the details of and recent updates to the program, as well as the steps you need to take to get on the right track for forgiveness.
