Biography

Jade Hollis joined Rutgers Law School as the Assistant Director of the Minority Student Program on the Camden campus in August 2025. Jade’s professional career has been grounded in expanding post-secondary access, strengthening student persistence, and designing equitable systems of support for historically underrepresented students across the postsecondary continuum. Jade brings a decade of experience supporting first-generation and historically underrepresented students as they transitioned from high school into college, career, and beyond. Jade recently, served as a Career and Technical Education Pathway Counselor with KIPP Forward New Jersey, where she advised a large caseload of alumni pursuing career-focused pathways through proactive counseling, career exploration, and individualized goal planning.

Previously, Jade held roles at Mastery Charter School and Penn State Abington, where she designed and managed alumni support programs, supervised peer mentors, advanced college persistence and completion efforts, and led diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Across roles, she brought a student-centered, data-informed approach to advising, relationship-building, and program development, with a deep commitment to equity, access, and long-term student success.
