Biography

Professor Joseney joins Rutgers Law from Georgetown University Law Center, where she currently works as a clinical teaching fellow with the Civil Justice Clinic, supervising students in worker’s rights cases and teaching topics related to case development and litigation. Professor Joseney researches and writes about consumer protection theory and regulation. Her current scholarship focuses on questions of consumer choice, manipulation, and unfairness, with a particular focus on the distributional effects of consumer protection regulation on different racial groups.
