Lastowka Lecture
This year's annual Lastowka Lecture and Reception takes place on April 9, 2025. Former Acting Assistant Attorney General Doha Mekki will give the lecture, "Fidelity to Antitrust Law: Returning to First Principles to Win Key Precedents." The lecture will recount how antitrust officials in recent years won key precedents by restoring antitrust as law enforcement rather than a type of exceptionalism.
