The Rutgers Advocacy Center seeks to promote and support the growth of written and oral advocacy in every aspect of the practice of law through several distinct programs: Trial Advocacy Training, Writing Workshops, Appellate Advocacy, Negotiation Training, Deposition Training, and Mediation Training. The Center brings together academics and litigation experts to expand our understanding of the changing litigation landscape. This understanding includes exchange across disciplines such as forensic science and criminal justice.
