Biography
Guillermo Artiles is a partner at the law firm of McCarter & English, LLP. There, he is chairman of the firm’s government affairs practice and leads its cannabis group. He serves on several boards in the community including the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, First Tee of Metropolitan New York, Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and recently served as chairman of the U.S. District Court’s Merit Selection Panel. He is a former law clerk to United States District Judge Esther Salas and associate counsel to Governor Phil Murphy. Guillermo is a Rutgers Law and MSP alumnus.
