Nancy Talley is the Senior Associate Dean for Information Services and the Director of the Law Library in Newark and Camden. She oversees all aspects of the law library. Dean Talley teaches Advanced Legal Research. Dean Talley’s scholarly interests include trends in collection development, the history of legal research, and legal research pedagogy.

Nancy Talley is the Senior Associate Dean for Information Services and the Director of the Law Library in Newark and Camden. She oversees all aspects of the law library. Dean Talley teaches Advanced Legal Research. Dean Talley’s scholarly interests include trends in collection development, the history of legal research, and legal research pedagogy. Dean Talley is the author of the forthcoming book, New Jersey Legal Research (CAP) that will be published in 2026. Dean Talley is an active member of the American Association (American Association of Law Libraries) of Law Libraries and GPLLA (Greater Philadelphia Law Libraries Association). She is also involved in several charitable organizations and is proud to be a member of her local library’s Board of Trustees.
