Gregory Saputelli

Adjunct Professor

Gregory D. Saputelli, U of PA – BA (1965) & Penn State Dickinson School of Law – JD (1968), has been actively admitted in NJ since 1969 & admitted in PA from 1979 through 2019. He has managed the NJ office of a mid-sized Philadelphia-based regional law firm for more than 30 years before moving briefly to a smaller NJ law firm in 2016 as the head of its litigation department. He left that firm in May 2018 to focus on his work as a legal malpractice expert. Since 1987 he has been continuously designated by the NJ Supreme Court as a "Certified Civil Trial Attorney", a designation carried by fewer than 2% of all active NJ lawyers. In May, 2017, the NJ Supreme Court re-certified him until November 2021. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Rutgers Law School, teaching Trial Advocacy from 2012 through present.
