Biography
Rebecca Baehr is the Associate Director of the Center for Career Development at Rutgers Law School in Camden. At Rutgers, she provides career counseling and professional development assistance to student and graduates pursuing careers in public interest law, judicial clerkships, government, non-traditional and private sector legal employment. Before joining Rutgers-Camden in 2007, Rebecca was a Staff Attorney at the Support Center for Child Advocates, Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program, and the Women Against Abuse Legal Center, public interest organizations in Philadelphia. Rebecca has trained pro bono attorneys and published training materials in many areas of Family Law, including domestic violence, custody, divorce and dependency. She is a founder and served on the Board of Trustees of the Independence Charter School in Philadelphia, PA. Rebecca received her JD from CUNY School of Law in 1993, and her BS from Boston University.
