Biography
Robert N. Braverman is one of a select few attorneys that is Board Certified by the American Board of Certification in both Business Bankruptcy Law and Consumer Bankruptcy Law. His uniquely diverse experience includes representing both debtors and creditors in Chapter 11, Chapter 13 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases of varying complexities. Robert was appointed to serve on the Supreme Court of New Jersey District IV Ethics Committee and he also serves as a bankruptcy mediator. Robert is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Professional Responsibility at Rutgers School of Law-Camden.

Robert has co-authored the 2010 edition of "Inside the Minds - Chapter 7 Consumer Bankruptcy Strategies" He has also co-authored bankruptcy publications and lectured on bankruptcy for different organizations, including the New Jersey State Bar Association, New Jersey ICLE, National Business Institute (Foreclosure and Repossession in New Jersey) and the Philadelphia Bar Association.
