Biography

Ryan Green is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic business development. He currently serves as Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc., where he provides legal guidance on corporate development initiatives, including acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, and minority investments. In this role, Ryan is instrumental in negotiating complex business transactions and ensuring compliance with corporate governance, reporting, and disclosure obligations.

Prior to his current role, Ryan served as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Broadridge, supporting the Asset Management Solutions and Mutual Funds and Retirement Solutions businesses. He advised senior leadership and cross-functional teams on strategic domestic and international corporate transactions, offering practical and ethical legal solutions to meet business objectives.

Ryan’s career in corporate law began at leading international firms White & Case LLP and Reed Smith LLP. As a Mergers and Acquisitions Associate at White & Case, he represented corporate clients, private equity funds, and financial institutions in high-stakes transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and joint ventures. At Reed Smith, Ryan’s practice included domestic and cross-border M&A, public and private equity offerings, and corporate governance.

Before transitioning to law, Ryan held significant roles in business development and financial services. As Vice President of Business Development at a privately held registered investment adviser, he led the formation and marketing of investment products, including a private REIT, and managed mutual fund placement on investment platforms.  At Citi Private Bank, Ryan advised clients on alternative investments and specialty financing solutions.

Ryan earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The New School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and holds an In-House Counsel License in New Jersey.
